Tennessee Titans injury report: Tyjae Spears returns, Blake Hance sits
The Tennessee Titans hit the field on Wednesday for their first round of practices ahead of their meeting with the Arizona Cardinals in Phoenix, Arizona, this Sunday at 3:05 p.m. CDT.
The Titans are winless through the first four weeks of play, losing by a larger margin each week. On paper, this team looks improved over last season, but that hasn't translated to the field. The Cardinals are 2-2, coming off two consecutive losses to the San Francisco 49ers and Seattle Seahawks.
Aside from the six players on injured reserve, the injuries to available players haven't been heavy. Tyjae Spears' 21-day return window opened when he practiced earlier today, but J.C. Latham is still nursing that hip injury.
