Rolly Romero vs. Teofimo Lopez will collide later TONIGHT (Sat., Aug. 22, 2026) for Rolly’s WBA Welterweight title inside T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada, streaming live on DAZN PPV. The fight will be Romero’s first chance to defend the strap he won last year by defeating Ryan Garcia. For Lopez, this is his chance to get back on track after coughing up his WBO and The Ring Light Welterweight titles to Shakur Stevenson in his last outing.

Romero with a nice right hand to kick things off. They clinch and they do a little bit of dirty inside boxing. Rolly is once again on his heels as Lopez is bringing the pressure.
